Bio:

Mr. Carter’s office is located in Leesburg, and he has resided in Lake County for over 30 years. In addition to holding a Business Administration degree from Florida State University, Mr. Carter earned the Certified Financial Planner® designation in 1998. D. Wayne is also fully licensed by the NASD in securities and by the State of Florida in the area of health and life insurance and annuities. A member of the Platinum Financial Planning, Inc. team since 2000, Mr. Carter focuses his practice on solving client’s investment and estate planning problems, and excels in Medicaid planning and asset protection issues for those whose loved ones are entering a nursing home.
